Suzanne Sullivan

Suzanne Sullivan founded Sullivan Strategies (formerly known as SB Capitol Solutions), a government relations firm that provides public and private sector clients with strategic counsel and legislative assistance on transportation policy, infrastructure funding, and appropriations matters. As President, she manages a large portfolio that focuses on issues management, complex advocacy campaigns and coalition building. Suzanne has an extensive background in transportation policy formation and implementation. As part of her portfolio, Suzanne advises zero emission technologies, international infrastructure financing firms on transportation projects, and public sector infrastructure issues.

Devon Barnhart
Strategic Advisor

Devon Barnhart has 15 years of experience working on transportation policy, projects and legal issues. She was most recently the staff director of the Transportation and Safety Subcommittee for the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee, primarily working on infrastructure, rail, trucking, pipeline, and safety issues. She has also worked on transportation issues for several members of Congress and on engineering and legal issues for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Devon graduated from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.

Ruchi Wankhede
Legislative Policy Manager

Ruchi Wankhede is a Policy Manager for Sullivan Strategies. She was previously a Policy Analyst at Sullivan Strategies and focuses her work on zero-emission vehicles, aviation policy, and congressional outreach. Ruchi graduated from the University of Michigan with High Honors in Political Science and Asian Studies. Outside of work, Ruchi can be found cooking, reading, running, or spending time with friends.
